These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Totely ("Totely," "we," "us," or "our") and the booking of reusable moving and storage tote rentals at totelyrental.com. By booking with us or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Totely rents reusable moving and storage totes, and related items such as dollies and dish inserts, with delivery and pickup in our South Carolina service areas. Availability, pricing, and delivery range depend on your address, which we verify when you book.

Bookings, deposits, and payments

• A quote becomes a booking when you submit your order. A refundable deposit is collected at booking and refunded after the totes are returned in good condition.
• Your rental is charged to the card on file on your delivery day. Other fees (for example, a re-trip, replacement, or cleaning fee) may apply per our published policy.
• You are responsible for the totes while they are in your possession and for returning them by the agreed pickup date.

Text messaging program terms

Our text program is Totely Delivery Updates. By checking the "Text me delivery updates" box when you book, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Totely about your rental: a day-before delivery reminder with your delivery window, and an on-the-way alert. Consent is not a condition of booking.

• Message frequency: about 2 messages per rental order.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts.
• Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, your mobile opt-in is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

Use the service and the totes as intended. Do not use them to transport hazardous, illegal, or perishable materials, and do not damage, alter, or fail to return our equipment.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Totely is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental at issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
