This Privacy Policy explains how Totely ("Totely," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit totelyrental.com, request a quote, or book a reusable moving and storage tote rental in our service areas in South Carolina.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us when booking: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Delivery and pickup details: the addresses we deliver to and collect from, and the dates of your rental.
• Booking and payment details: the package, add-ons, and amounts on your order. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
• Basic site usage: standard technical data your browser sends, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your information

• To prepare your quote and fulfill your rental.
• To communicate with you about your order, including delivery scheduling, confirmations, receipts, and, if you opt in, delivery text updates.
• To process payments, deposits, and refunds.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to delivery text updates, we use your mobile number only to send you transactional messages about your rental: a reminder the day before your delivery with your delivery window, and an alert when your totes are on the way. Opting in is not a condition of booking.

Your mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent are never shared with any third party. Message frequency is about 2 messages per rental order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Totely, and only as needed to provide the service to you. These include our payment processor (to take card payments), our messaging provider (to deliver the texts you opted in to), and our email provider (to send order email). These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Totely does not receive or store your full card number; we keep only a payment reference needed to process your deposit and rental and to issue refunds.

Data retention

We keep your booking information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of delivery text updates.
• Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information.

Children

Totely is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
